As the Sales Performance and Engagement Manager for Latin America (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil), you will be responsible for supporting several Sales Teams across these markets to maximize success and capability, while guiding individuals to achieve their full potential and business targets.


You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through ongoing training, structured sales processes, and performance management. You will be pivotal in developing a framework that improves productivity and commercial knowledge across all members of the team. Your ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams will be instrumental in achieving success in a highly diverse region.


Role Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic leadership of the LATAM sales team in achieving their goals and objectives through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Support the development of localized sales strategies to grow market share and increase revenue generation, while responding to client needs across Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil.
