About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your creativity and analytical skills in shaping our content strategy and driving engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for identifying trending topics, developing compelling narratives, and producing high-quality content that sparks participation from creators and their communities.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of internet subcultures, meme formats, and audience dynamics across TikTok, Twitch, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft both short-form and long-form narrative content.

  • Identify trending topics across streaming platforms, esports, gaming communities, and broader social media culture.
  • Develop engaging narratives that tie directly into new markets.
  • Build relationships with streamers, gaming creators, and social influencers to expand our visibility and showcase our prediction markets to new audiences.
  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to produce memes, short-form content, and social campaigns.
  • Track content and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay current on AI, content automation, and social media tools to continually improve speed and efficiency of marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, or social media management, ideally tied to gaming, streaming, or internet culture.
  • Proven track record of spotting viral trends quickly and translating them into highly engaging content.
  • Strong proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Deep understanding of internet subcultures, meme formats, and audience dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable negotiating and managing creator partnerships.
  • Familiarity with crypto, betting, or prediction markets is highly preferred.
  • Independent, experimental, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
