We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready AI-native services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI systems that transform the utility sector.
  • Develop back-end integration APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Own the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment.
  • Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise/mission-critical systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job).
  • Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent.
  • Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices.
  • Track record of deploying AI services in production.
  • Strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
