We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team.This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring scalable, secure, and production-ready AI-native services.">Key Responsibilities:Design and implement AI systems that transform the utility sector.Develop back-end integration APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks.Own the complete AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment.Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent English communication skills5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise/mission-critical systems.Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job).Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent.Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices.Track record of deploying AI services in production.Strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).Ideal Candidate:A team player who enjoys collaboration and open communication.Comfortable with uncertainty and able to adapt quickly.Passionate about innovation and eager to take ownership of their work.Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
