In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our distinguished VIP clientele, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and attention. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will play a crucial role in elevating our customers experience while they engage with our gaming services. You will assist our VIP clients with inquiries, bookings, and personalized services that reflect their importance to our brand. If you are an enthusiastic individual with a knack for building relationships and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to apply and be a part of our winning team, where every day brings new chances to delight our valued customers and create lasting connections Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to VIP clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly Assist VIP clients with account access, troubleshooting and general doubts Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming offerings and promotions to better assist clients. Collaborate with other departments to deliver personalized experiences for our VIP guests. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and ensuring a positive image is projected at all times. Handle escalated issues and complaints with professionalism, providing effective resolutions. Monitor client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the gambling, hospitality and Entertainment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. In Portuguese and English, Chinese/ Mandrin will be a very good differential Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. A passion for providing top-notch customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Familiarity with casino operations and gaming products is a plus.
