- technical background, knowledge in financial industry, mainly in banking products and client relationship management processes, including Client onboarding, KYC, Recertification
- Experience in Functional and technical specification
- Architecture diagrams, solution design skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate teamwork across the Organization
