Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Join Humana’s Customer Data Strategy team as a Lead, Data Strategy, CenterWell, where you’ll help shape the data strategy that powers how we engage and serve patients across CenterWell. This role partners closely with marketing leaders, domain business owners, and technology teams to define and deliver data strategies that are actionable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise and patient care goals. Use your skills to make an impact Develop and lead the information strategy that connects CenterWell’s patient engagement goals to data requirements, ensuring our efforts are supported by robust, future‑ready data capabilities. Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define future patient data needs and translate care strategies and lifecycle touchpoints into detailed, actionable requirements. Recommend data models and architecture for new capabilities that support personalized patient experiences, segmentation, and performance measurement. Write detailed requirements documents that guide engineering and analytics teams in building scalable, compliant data solutions. Lead internal governance milestones , including PIRC reviews and other checkpoints required by enterprise processes. Build strong relationships across the enterprise , including with architecture, analytics, and business domains, to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategies and patient‑centric initiatives. Collaborate with the Omni product team to co‑create how patient data is activated within tools used by marketers for audience selection and campaign execution. Drive improvements in data quality, accessibility, and usability , with a focus on patient‑focused initiatives and responsible data use. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field — or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of experience in data strategy, marketing analytics, or related roles. Strong understanding of patient engagement, healthcare data ecosystems, and lifecycle management. Experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of SQL and ability to support data validation and analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud data platforms and marketing technology stacks. Familiarity with privacy regulations and healthcare data compliance practices. Experience with enterprise architecture and cross‑domain collaboration. Advanced analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools. Experience working with patient data in healthcare or wellness environments. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $115,200 - $158,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
