GoldWind Brazil has an opportunity for Purchasing Specialist, with the mission of managing the processes of purchasing transportation services, and assembly of components, acting in the support of commercial strategy and market analysis, with the objective of ensuring compliance of the company's processes and policies.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Analyze and execute the contracting of crane services for the construction of wind farms, through market research, studies and approval of suppliers, making quotation requests and availability of technical information of the project, such as:
- Assembly Service: analysis of pricing, with the objective of ensuring the best fulfillment of the company's project demands.
- Transportation Service: analysis of pricing, with the objective of ensuring the movement and delivery of materials to the company's projects.
- O&M Transportation Service: analysis of materials, components and equipment for pricing, in order to ensure movement, in view of the demands of the Service areas, according to the company's O&M practices.
- Installation Service: pricing analysis to execute the demands of the project in order to ensure the best service in the installation of the company's components, in the wind complexes.
- Analysis and review of transport contracts, cranes, and installation.
- Support to the development of PTCI suppliers together with the operation and QSE team.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Complete higher education in Engineering, Administration or Logistics.
- Desirable postgraduate in related areas in Engineering, Supplies, Supply Chain.
- Advanced/fluent English (Test will be performed for proof)
- Necessary experience in project planning, definition of scope of supply and management of operational routine.
- Differential, have experience in the wind market.
