Responsibilities include:

  1. Participating in business decision-making and leading actions relevant to the business, understanding internal client needs, and ensuring the cost, quality, and quantity of resources in procurement projects.
  2. Conducting procurement processes to meet operational and administrative needs.
  3. Negotiating with suppliers of services and materials according to company processes.
  4. Analyzing supplier qualification processes under responsibility, following the Vendor Management Program.
  5. Ensuring internal procurement demands are met within standards of cost, timeline, and quality.
  6. Developing new suppliers and negotiating better terms.
  7. Managing contracts for categories under responsibility.
  8. Developing, aligning, implementing, and monitoring strategic negotiations.
  9. Maintaining up-to-date supplier databases.
  10. Collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices across regions.
  11. Analyzing market trends and monitoring procurement indicators.
  12. Supporting supplier evaluation, documentation, and risk analysis in line with procurement policies.
  13. Supporting internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with a desirable Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or Procurement. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in Telecom, Construction, or Civil Engineering sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

This is a Mid-Senior level, full-time position in the Purchasing and Supply Chain function within the Telecommunications industry.
