Why consider this job opportunity Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses Generous 30 days of PTO and flexible remote work options Opportunities for equity participation from day one Annual personal development budget of €1,000 after 6 months of employment Engaging company culture promoting fun, collaboration, and personal growth What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Own and execute the B2B sales strategy for the US market, focusing on revenue growth across various client segments Build and expand a strong sales pipeline of integration partners within the crypto and adjacent sectors Leverage existing blockchain network to secure high-value partnerships and technical integrations Represent the brand at industry events, leading engagements and contributing to content strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of sales initiatives What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development with enterprise clients in DeFi or related sectors Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, including cross-chain infrastructure and DeFi protocols Proven track record of managing a B2B sales pipeline and maintaining CRM discipline Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills for crafting proposals and analyzing deals Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience using HubSpot for CRM management Familiarity with Web3 integrations and emerging trends in the blockchain ecosystem Strong interpersonal skills for navigating complex client conversations Previous participation in industry events as a speaker or contributor We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
