Employer Industry: Healthcare Innovation Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $147,200 Eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual and corporate performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity for career advancement within a leading healthcare organization Flexible remote work option available across the U.S. Generous time off benefits, including vacation, sick time, and personal time What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Operationalize new projects and programs, creating timelines, workflows, and communication tools for execution Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to support sales leadership visibility Collaborate with corporate accounts to align on customer priorities and national sales strategies Develop and maintain process maps to enhance workflow efficiency and execution consistency Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, ensuring follow‑through on action items What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related field 4-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Finance Management, preferably in the medical device or FDA‑regulated industry Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to present complex data clearly Up to 20% travel may be required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Master's degree (MBA or MHA) with a focus in Marketing, Economics, or Finance Proven leadership skills and experience influencing cross‑functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Experience with sales strategies and understanding of product offerings Strong organizational and negotiation skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
