Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator About Us We are a global leader in the learning and talent management industry. Job Overview: The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our LMS operations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the administration and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management. Provide improvement ideas and suggestions towards LMS Management. Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making. Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This description provides a foundational understanding of what might be expected from someone with basic SuccessFactors experience in an LMS role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
