Transportation Specialist - ( ) Design, propose, develop, and maintain an analytical database to track KPIs, dashboards, and control tower views, focused on identifying improvement opportunities to achieve the goals set by operations management—action as a Power BI reference to the transportation team. Share and monitor KPIs both internally and with suppliers, leading routine operational performance meetings. Develop and maintain a corrective action plan that is agreed upon with carriers. Map, document, analyze, propose, and standardize processes and tools. Develop procedure manuals and provide training for suppliers, focusing on innovation and best practices for transportation services that support the company's strategies. Conduct an audit of carriers based on procedure manuals, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing and sharing improvement plans. Adopt and promote the integration of lean thinking into transportation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness both internally and with suppliers. Aiming to increase innovation and the use of new technologies, adoption of more sustainable practices, risk reduction, and improvement of customer experience. Responsible for daily monitoring and overseeing various delivery methods, such as same-day delivery and pickups. Regularly conduct management meetings to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold quality standards. Locais de Trabalho Escritório Central em Barueri Av.
