**Introduction**
**Responsibilities**
- Keen eye for detail and interest in quantitative research
- Leveraging on quantitative research capabilities, to manage research projects from the brief to the final delivery to the client
- Questionnaire design - review and feedback of questionnaire drafts from clients, design a questionnaire starting from a client brief, etc
- Coordination with the Operations teams - sampling, fieldwork management, Data Processing, etc
- Working on the internal web reporting tool to create tabs on client needs (Review of client tab specs, tab creation and check)
- Data analysis - frequencies or other data reports in SPSS/excel
- Extracting high quality insights and being able to effectively turn them into a storytelling report
**Required skill set**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum 3 years proven market research professional experience, preferably on agency side
Experience in online and mobile research
Preferably exposed to DIY research tools
Client management experience
Clear and confident verbal and written client communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in FMCG and/or OTC is a plus
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong client-facing capabilities
Multitask capability to deal with several projects at a time

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Charismatic and entrepreneurial approach to relationship building internally and externally
Excellent communicator, including questioning, written and oral skills, who is able to articulate the Toluna value proposition
Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional commercial and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and multitask various projects
