We are seeking a Senior Talent Strategist to lead high-impact search mandates and strengthen our network as a trusted advisor in executive hiring. About the Role- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles.
- Nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify hard-to-find executives.
- Partner with candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent experience and long-term fit.
- Drive Business Development: Identify new opportunities, strengthen our brand, and expand our network.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Translate business needs into talent strategies, leveraging your expertise in executive search.
- SOURCE and Engage Candidates: Conduct thorough market research, utilize your network, and develop effective engagement strategies.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build trust, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional service.
- Experience: 10+ years in executive search, ideally with a top-tier firm.
- Skills: Proven track record of hiring senior professionals, strong business development skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
