About the Role:

This position involves leading senior-level search mandates and building trusted relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in executive search, with expertise in sourcing niche and senior profiles. They will also be skilled at conducting market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end leadership of executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with client stakeholders through strategic advisory services.
  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to attract hard-to-find executives.
  • Partnering with candidates to ensure excellent experiences and long-term fits.
  • Contributing to business development through new opportunities, strengthened brand presence, and expanded network.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search, preferably with a top-tier firm.
  • A proven track record of hiring senior and niche professionals across various industries.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with capacity to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
