Search for an Executive with Vision and Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled executive to lead our human resources department.

  • Monitor key performance indicators related to HR;
  • Develop strategic presentations for directors;
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and employees;
  • Responsible for managing the company's human capital, focusing on recruitment, selection, development, training, performance evaluation, organizational climate, and talent retention;
  • Have a strategic vision and focus on people;
  • Work to create a positive and productive work environment aligned with the company's goals and culture;
  • Have knowledge of Personnel Management.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in Business Administration or related areas;
  • Desirable MBA in Human Resource Management;
  • Strong results orientation and practical skills (hands-on);
  • Ability to interact with various departments;
  • Knowledge of the health market will be a differential, as well as having experienced other positions in luxury companies;
  • Experience with analysis and refined communication skills;
  • English will be a differential;
  • Having a private vehicle for travel between units will be a plus;
