The Role
We are seeking an Executive Search Principal to lead senior-level search mandates and strengthen a network and reputation as a trusted advisor in executive hiring. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings over 10 years of experience in executive search , deep expertise in sourcing niche and senior profiles , and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.
You will serve as both a thought partner to clients and a talent strategist , driving the full lifecycle of executive search—from business development and client management to market mapping, candidate engagement, and successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify and attract hard-to-find executives.
- Partner with candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent experience and long-term fit.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, strengthening Keeta's brand, and expanding our network.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in executive search, ideally with a top-tier executive search or boutique firm.
- Proven track record of hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple industries or specialized verticals.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
- Fluent in English.
