Job Description We are seeking an experienced developer to lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and Salesforce using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate, Dataflows, and potentially Azure Logic Apps. A strong understanding of Dataverse table structures and data modeling is essential. Experience with data migration is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce using: Power Automate Dataflows Azure Logic Apps (as needed) Work with Dataverse to manage and optimize table structures, relationships, and data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance. Assist in data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, and validation. Document technical designs, workflows, and integration processes. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices. Requirements Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Strong understanding of Dataverse table structure and relational data modeling. Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce). Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and their role in enterprise integration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice To Have Experience with data migration projects. Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Familiarity with REST APIs and custom connectors.
