Manage indicators by implementing continuous improvement in its processes. Implement the established strategy at regional level, focusing on controlling and supervising the correct execution of all processes and procedures related to domestic transport and warehouse. Drives innovation, change management within the scope of the role, ensure a continuous enhancement of productivity.
