Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver best solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team for a project in the Software Development sector.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product development
  • Previous experience in iLottery, gaming, or digital transactional platforms is a strong plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English – both written and spoken
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of lottery regulations, security standards, or online gaming platforms
  • Experience with international or multilingual project environments
  • Technical background or understanding of APIs, data structures, or system architecture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to iLottery systems (including ticketing, user flows, digital interfaces, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into clear and detailed documentation: business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with Portuguese- and English-speaking stakeholders
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities in current business processes
