Your Impact

Lead the commercial and tactical team in the region. Responsible for the sales growth strategies with focus on growing retail market share. The Sr Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a business relationship with our dealers as well as managing and leading all commercial processes. The professional will lead a sales and tactical team with the key responsibility of implementing retail processes, reaching and surpassing sales targets in all product segments.

What You Are Going To Do
  • Coordinate successfully and implement all sales and marketing processes and initiatives.
  • Develop product penetration and growth strategies and tactics to increase sales in the region under responsibility.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the region.
  • Promote Fendt brand and product portfolio: Tractors, Combines, Planters and Sprayers into our customers.
  • Work to achieve the sales targets and Market Share (%).
  • Responsible for increasing and leveraging customer experience through the NPS index.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor degree in agriculture studies or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
  • Several years of experience in professional sales and management roles in the area.
  • Languages: English Advanced for communication and writing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • CNH B and availability to travel.

This position is based in Jundiaí, Brazil and the work format is hybrid/remote because this professional will be traveling to attend our dealer network in the field (mostly Midwest region of Brazil).
