Long Description

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electric & Electronic, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical processes and equipment specification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility with working hours and different shifts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Planning and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Living in Bandirma.
Job Description

Main Activities

  • Execute projects in regions like Izmir, Bandirma, Elazig, including facilities such as slaughterhouses, FPP, feed mills, utilities, and hatcheries.
  • Receive offers and manage third-party contractors.
  • Oversee contract management and project execution in the field.
  • Control project budgets and propose improvements.
  • Schedule activities and conduct meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare Technical Specifications, Technical Comparisons, Cost Estimation Studies, Quantity Take-offs.
  • In-field supervision of Projects
  • Provide technical support for Yield, Quality, Productivity, and HSE practices.
  • Assist in technical training and establish maintenance plans for new equipment.
  • Comply with HSE norms and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues.
