Job Opportunity

The Senior Workfront Configuration Engineer is responsible for gathering and understanding clients' unique business requirements and translating them into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
  • Support with Workfront Fusion integration needs to ensure seamless data flow and visibility.
  • Understand the architecture requirements to establish a solid foundation and appropriate sharing rules for secure collaboration.
  • Provide expertise in best practices in Workfront development to enhance deliverables quality and user experience.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances by managing updates, user access, and new feature rollouts to meet evolving needs.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to cater to user demands and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Participate in requirement discussions to gain valuable insights from customer needs and preferences.
  • Document and communicate the architecture strategy to stakeholders and work collaboratively with the execution team to establish implementation timelines and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and clients on product definition, schedule, scope, and project-related decisions to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain features and applications of Workfront that meet client expectations and drive business success.
  • Ensure developed solutions are Secure, Measurable, Usable, Reliable, Flexible, and Scalable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in the design, implementation, and support of project management systems.
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Workfront Fusion implementations/integrations.
  • Experience integrating Workfront with other Adobe Platforms is an asset (AEM, AEP, Marketo, Adobe Firefly).
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver high-quality solutions and expand professional horizons.
