We lead the market in providing purpose-designed solutions for our customers, handling containers, bulk, automotive and general cargo.
We have an opportunity for a Log Marshalling Area Manager in our Portland Operations.

**Key Duties**
- The day-to-day management of all marshalling operations, Staff, equipment and managers.
- This role requires strong leadership and a solid understanding of logistic operations
- Directing and managing a broad workforce
- Work directly with support staff, Safety, training and maintenance to achieve best results and reduce down time.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and practical thinker
- Computer literacy
- Administrative skills
- Proven experience as a team lead/supervisor
- Multi operational coordination of resources
