**High-End Fit-Out Project Manager Wanted**
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage high-end interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily site operations, supervise tradesmen, and ensure quality and productivity in every task.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple trades on complex projects, with a strong understanding of technical drawings, construction materials, and interior finishes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Review daily schedules and assign work based on priorities and skills.
- Lead teams in fit-out trades including marble, woodwork, metal, glazing, partitions, ceilings, and painting.
- Interpret and explain technical drawings to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety policies.
The selected candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5-7 years' hands-on experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' experience as a senior project manager or similar role.
A valid First Aid Certificate and fluency in English are also required.
Note that this role requires a six-day working week and eligibility to obtain a work visa for the assigned location.
