Hard Skills Formação superior completa em Engenharia, Arquitetura, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência sólida em Real Estate corporativo, expansão ou gestão imobiliária; Vivência em negociação de contratos comerciais e análise de viabilidade; Conhecimento em legislação imobiliária e gestão de portfólio de imóveis; Habilidade de negociação, visão estratégica e perfil analítico. Soft Skills Liderança colaborativa; Organização e visão de processos; Capacidade de negociação; Comunicação clara e assertiva; Resiliência.
