About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of health and medical brands. This is a full-time remote position, and the ideal candidate will have experience leading in cross-functional teams, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are / What you bring

You work in close partnership with our Campaign Manager, who handles tactical execution, and our Product Marketer, who leads go-to-market strategy and product messaging. You are responsible for ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with our brand voice and strategic goals, while keeping projects organized and moving forward using Monday.com.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects align with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Coordinate workloads and task assignments across the marketing team
  • Set clear ETAs, deadlines, and expectations for each task or deliverable
  • Enforce accountability for meeting deadlines and escalating risks early
  • Use Monday.com to manage tasks, visualize bandwidth, and track project progress
  • Intake, prioritize, and delegate marketing requests across the team
  • Review marketing assets and campaigns to ensure brand consistency and correct messaging
  • Coordinate closely with the Campaign Manager, Product Marketer, designers, and content specialists
  • Maintain visibility across all marketing efforts and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing lead or coordinator roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing execution
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluent English (C1)
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, and other remote collaboration tools
  • Experience in e-commerce, health, wellness, or medical product industries is a big plus
  • Familiarity with marketing calendars, product launches, and campaign planning preferred.
  • Experience managing creative and cross-functional teams in a remote environment preferred
