Marketing Event Coordinator

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with excellent marketing and communications skills. The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial and marketing stakeholders to organize, plan and execute on events within the assigned regions.
">- Develop an annual event schedule and assign relevant KPIs and ROI targets for each event.
- Research event details and logistics, working with vendors to book participation and secure all required services.
- Serve as primary point of contact for each event, organizing internal planning activities and supporting commercial teams with event logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic and tactical plans for each event, identifying and scheduling key promotional activities to maximize ROI and visibility.
- Partnering with commercial team members to develop campaigns in support of events, including email blasts, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Tracking KPIs, ROI, and spending on events using tools such as SFDC and Allocadia.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences (with communications experience if degree in the sciences).
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of SFDC and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
English fluency is expected, with minimum B2/upper intermediate fluency required.
