Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to help us bring our brand to life through online and in-person events. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing in-person events, managing event logistics, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless execution and a top-notch experience for attendees and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
