Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to support the organization in our Americas and European markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to translate stakeholder needs into action plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an annual event schedule, assigning relevant KPIs and ROI targets for each event.
  • Research event details and logistics, working with vendors to book participation and secure required services.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for each event, organizing internal planning activities and supporting commercial teams with event logistics.
  • Develop campaigns in SFDC for each event, facilitating lead upload into SFDC.
  • Partner with commercial team members to develop campaigns in support of events, including email blasts, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Track KPIs, ROI, and spending on events using tools such as SFDC and Allocadia.
  • Attend key events in assigned regions, providing on-site support and achieving event goals (estimated 2-3 events per year).
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or communications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite and SFDC.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills and an adaptive attitude.
  • English fluency (minimum B2/upper intermediate fluency expected).
