
Marketing & Sales Executive

Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona dinámica y sociable, con fuerte orientación a resultados comerciales y pasión por la moda y el lifestyle de lujo. Este rol es clave para dar seguimiento a leads de alto nivel, mantener relaciones fluidas con wedding planners y clientes internacionales, y asegurar que cada interacción refleje el estándar elevado de la marca.
El perfil ideal combina habilidades de marketing con un instinto nato para las ventas, organización impecable y dominio absoluto del inglés.
Responsabilidades Principales- Gestión de Leads & CRM: Dar seguimiento puntual y organizado a cada oportunidad en el CRM; Mantener actualizada la información de clientes, planners y proveedores estratégicos.
- Relaciones Comerciales: Ser la cara amable y cercana de la marca en el primer contacto con clientes; Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con planners, venues y aliados clave del sector nupcial de lujo.
- Apoyo en Marketing & Ventas: Coordinar esfuerzos entre marketing digital y equipo de ventas para generar oportunidades de negocio; Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en función de tendencias del sector, con especial sensibilidad hacia moda y lifestyle.
- Organización & Seguimiento: Crear reportes semanales de seguimiento de clientes y resultados; Asegurar que no se pierda ninguna oportunidad gracias a procesos bien estructurados.
- Experiencia en áreas de marketing, ventas o account management (ideal en sectores premium: moda, lifestyle, bodas o hospitality).
- Dominio perfecto del inglés (oral y escrito).
- Experiencia previa con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Studio Ninja o similares).
- Persona sociable, extrovertida y con alta capacidad de generar confianza.
- Gusto por la moda, el diseño y las tendencias lifestyle.
- Altamente organizada, con enfoque en procesos y cumplimiento de tiempos.
- Empática y orientada al cliente.
- Excelente comunicadora (escrita y oral).
- Atención al detalle sin perder de vista la estrategia comercial.
- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y al mismo tiempo de forma independiente.
