About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator to provide direct support to executives while coordinating cross‑functional initiatives. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. In this role, you will act as a bridge between leadership, operations, and teams, helping align business and technical goals. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities Provide direct support to executives, managing schedules, communications, and key priorities Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives Support program operations across business, marketing, and technology teams Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure accountability Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets to provide visibility to stakeholders Adapt quickly to changing priorities and act as a strategic thought partner to executives Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Program Coordinator, or a similar hybrid role Experience supporting executives in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment Hands‑on understanding of software development lifecycles and marketing operations Intermediate‑to‑advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, simple dashboards) Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to multitask Benefits & Perks Home office stipend Flexible hours Competitive compensation based on experience Career growth opportunities within the company International projects Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational) Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass Games and competitions Contact & Application You can apply through our website or social channels: Website: LinkedIn: Instagram: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
