We are looking for a Marketing Programs Assistant, fluent English. Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Meta s marketing programs, ensuring alignment between internal teams and partners. This position coordinates campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes to maximize results. Key Responsibilities: Support and carry out the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and operations, including events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives; Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring integration and process efficiency; Coordinate campaign content production, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables; Analyze performance results and propose tactical and operational improvements; Manage vendors and support teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery; Actively contribute with ideas, innovations, and improvements to Marketing Programs processes. Skills and Competencies: Fluent English; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in executing and coordinating GTM operations; Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levels; Organization, autonomy, proactivity, and attention to detail; Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate or advanced Spanish; Previous experience with events and multichannel campaigns.
