Customer Success Specialist – Digilatics Inglês Avançado (obrigatório) A Digilatics, agência de marketing de alta performance focada no setor de home services nos EUA, busca um(a) Customer Success Specialist com experiência comprovada em marca. Queremos alguém que conduza clientes com clareza, proteja o posicionamento das marcas e garanta uma experiência de alto nível. Contrato PJ / MEI. O que você fará Gerenciar marcas americanas com comunicação profissional e estratégica. Conduzir reuniões e e-mails em Inglês avançado. Acompanhar entregas internas e garantir padrão Digilatics. Identificar riscos, oportunidades e orientar o cliente com confiança. Assumir a jornada completa do cliente com ownership total. Requisitos (Obrigatórios) Inglês avançado/fluente (testado) . Experiência com Marketing Digital (Ads/SEO experience, Client management ou gestão de contas com foco em Marketing Digital). Experiência prévia em Customer Success ou atendimento. Forte comunicação, organização e proatividade. Conforto com ritmo acelerado e alto padrão. Disponibilidade para atuação como PJ/MEI Diferenciais Experiência com marketing digital ou contas internacionais. Familiaridade com SEO, Ads ou performance (não obrigatório). Por que a Digilatics?
