About the role At Volvo Financial Services, you will lead the accounting and regulatory compliance area for the Central Bank, supporting the Group’s companies (Bank, Consortium, Insurance Broker, and Rental). Key responsibilities : Lead a team of 10 professionals, driving development and high performance Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting balances and monthly closing Present monthly results to the board Review and enhance operational policies and procedures Prepare and manage Central Bank regulatory reports (CADOCs, Annual Census, SCE-IED, etc.) Monitor IASB and Central Bank requirements to ensure compliance Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency Coordinate BRGAAP and IFRS financial statements Support internal and external audits, SOX, compliance, and internal controls Conduct accounting, regulatory, and risk analysis for strategic decisions Manage Capital, Basel, ICAAP, and risk indicators Team & Location : Based in Curitiba, this is an on‑site role. You will join a collaborative finance team that ensures financial accuracy and regulatory compliance, working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic direction.
