We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager - Luxury Interior Fit-Out

Location: KSA & UAE Based Projects

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

Your Role
  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
  • Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Other Details
  • Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
