About The Role

As a Digital Advertising Operations Lead, you will make an impact by leading demand operations and programmatic yield management across digital platforms. You will be a valued member of the Digital Media Operations team and work collaboratively with LATAM partners, cross-functional sales teams, and product stakeholders to drive performance and operational excellence.

In This Role, You Will
  • Oversee content integrations between client platforms and LATAM partners.
  • Drive system optimization, performance tracking, and campaign execution across digital channels.
  • Support cross-functional sales teams with operational insights and execution strategies.
  • Manage digital campaigns across owned platforms including Desktop, Mobile, CTV, and Audio.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to implement tools, streamline workflows, and enhance utilization.
Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Operations, preferably in programmatic and yield management.
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data and produce strategic reports.
  • Experience managing client’s end-customer communications and ensuring high service standards.
  • Domain expertise to support decision-making and mentor team members.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of high-impact projects.
  • Familiarity with LATAM market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
