In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.As our Senior Lead, Solution Architect you will lead the design of end-to-end solutions, integrating application architecture, infrastructure architecture and enterprise architecture practices. Engage from early stages with enterprise architects and stakeholders to ensure continuity and strategic vision of the solution. Establish customer relationships to confirm requirements, scope, and assumptions.Collaborating with the team, you will interact with the customer to demonstrate how the technical solution meets the requirements of the business. Be responsible for the customized technical content of the solution and the development of technical proposals aligned with customer needs and company standards. Assess risks of infrastructure, availability, security, obsolescence, efficiency, among others, proposing action and mitigation plans.To excel in this role, you will act as a focal point between technical practices, sales and consulting teams, ensuring cohesion and fluidity in the customer journey. Produce a cost model that contains all costs for Kyndryl to deliver the solution.
