About usSend this to a friend- JobBrasil, Rio De Janeiro**Job****What are we looking for?**We are looking for a Billing and Collection Analyst for Brazil, reporting to the Brazil Finance Manager.**What challenges await you?**- Manage the billing and collection processes within Brazil- Compute, check and review the invoices and credit notes- Ensure that invoices comply with local tax regulations- Detect, report and remediate revenue leakage- Identify and report problems with a sense of urgency, partnering with the business to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.- Request billing from the various providers and intercompany colleagues- Assist in continuous improvement efforts- Create templates and upload invoices as required by each customer- Update and track the status of invoices.- Interact directly with customers, both external and internal, to resolve issues and drive cash collections- Coordinate activities with Brazilian Commercial Teams- Report, on a monthly basis, the revenues per customers and per products to the CFO and Commercial Intelligence team- Generate documentation regarding local billing rules in Brazil**What do we expect from you?**- Be a professional with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.- Have advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in process improvement and automation in control implementation.- Work with best practices to maximize area performance.- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions- Fluent in English and Portuguese
