We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role suits a socially savvy individual who is trend-aware, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about online community building. You will develop and implement strategic outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.

What You Will Do...

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns professionally and on-brand.
  • Create engaging content with trending videos that authentically represent the brand and audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Additional tasks may include:

  • Identifying new social media trends.

What You Will Need...

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A personal PC/laptop with a webcam.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • A passion for social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account to share).
  • A stable home environment with reliable internet.
  • Experience in Community Management and familiarity with the US market and culture.
  • Experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is advantageous.
  • The ability to work an 8-hour shift aligned with US time zones.
