Social Media Specialist – Virtual Professional (VP)

What You'll Own

We're looking for a skilled social media professional who can grow and manage the organic presence of trades-based businesses across multiple platforms. You'll create scroll-stopping content, repurpose field footage, and engage with communities to generate qualified leads.

A. Primary Functions

  • Manage daily content publishing (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest).
  • Maintain a 30-day calendar in Notion.
  • Repurpose field footage into 3–4 Reels/Shorts weekly + 1 LinkedIn post.
  • Respond to messages within a 2-hour SLA.
  • Build SOPs for scalable content sourcing.
  • Report analytics + testing insights monthly.

B. Systems Ownership

  • Notion (calendar + reporting)
  • FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest
  • CRM (PipeDrive or similar for lead escalation)

C. Measurable Deliverables

  • 12–15 organic leads per week.
  • Reels avg. watch time ≥ 35%.
  • IG + FB engagement ≥ 5%.
  • 95%+ content calendar adherence.
  • SLA: ≥ 90% inquiries within 2 hrs.

D. Support Task Delegation

  • Simple edits/resizing offloaded to junior VPs.
  • You focus on strategy + engagement.
