Social Media Specialist – Virtual Professional (VP)

What You'll Own
We're looking for a skilled social media professional who can grow and manage the organic presence of trades-based businesses across multiple platforms. You'll create scroll-stopping content, repurpose field footage, and engage with communities to generate qualified leads.
A. Primary Functions
- Manage daily content publishing (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest).
- Maintain a 30-day calendar in Notion.
- Repurpose field footage into 3–4 Reels/Shorts weekly + 1 LinkedIn post.
- Respond to messages within a 2-hour SLA.
- Build SOPs for scalable content sourcing.
- Report analytics + testing insights monthly.
B. Systems Ownership
- Notion (calendar + reporting)
- FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest
- CRM (PipeDrive or similar for lead escalation)
C. Measurable Deliverables
- 12–15 organic leads per week.
- Reels avg. watch time ≥ 35%.
- IG + FB engagement ≥ 5%.
- 95%+ content calendar adherence.
- SLA: ≥ 90% inquiries within 2 hrs.
D. Support Task Delegation
- Simple edits/resizing offloaded to junior VPs.
- You focus on strategy + engagement.
