What You'll Own
We're hiring a Social Media Specialist who can own both organic and paid social growth for trades-based businesses. You'll create scroll-stopping organic content that builds trust, while also running high-performance ad campaigns that generate qualified leads.
This is not a "post to post" role—it's about storytelling, conversions, and ROI. You'll work across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more, aligning organic and paid strategies to keep the pipeline full.

Role Clarity Framework
A. Primary Functions
- Manage daily organic publishing across FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts; Nextdoor/Pinterest as needed.
- Build and maintain a 30-day content calendar in Notion.
- Repurpose field footage into 3–4 Reels/Shorts per week plus 1 LinkedIn post.
- Respond to community inquiries within a 2-hour SLA.
- Build SOPs and content sourcing guides for scalable workflows.
- Run full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (TOF/MOF/BOF), including retargeting.
- Set up and validate Pixel + CAPI, UTM structures, and CRM integrations.
- Test and optimize creative, copy, audiences, and placements.
- Produce clear weekly/monthly reports with analytics, pacing, and learnings.
B. Systems Ownership
- Meta Business Suite + Ads Manager (FB/IG)
- LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (secondary channels)
- Notion (content calendar + reporting)
- PipeDrive or GoHighLevel (CRM + lead handoff)
- GA4 + UTM tracking
C. Measurable Deliverables
- 12–15 organic leads per week from content.
- Reels/Shorts: average watch time ≥ 35%.
- Instagram + Facebook engagement rate ≥ 5%.
- 95%+ adherence to content calendar deadlines.
- CPL and CAC targets consistently hit for paid campaigns.
- Documented TOF → MOF → BOF flows and optimizations.
- Weekly reports submitted on time with actionable insights.
D. Requirements (Knockout Checks)
- Based in LATAM with full ET overlap (7–8 hours minimum).
- 3–5+ years professional experience in social media (organic + paid).
- Proven examples of generating qualified leads, not just likes/follows.
- Strong English writing (hooks, captions, CTAs, brand voice).
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe, Canva).
- Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience (building + optimizing campaigns).
- TOF/MOF/BOF structures, retargeting, and pixel/CAPI setup.
- AI-literate (ChatGPT, Opus, auto-cut, etc. to improve speed/quality).
- Trades/home-services experience (painting, HVAC, real estate) preferred.
E. Support Task Delegation
- Junior VPs may handle resizing, tagging, or simple edits.
- Organic creators supply raw content; you adapt it into post-ready and ad-ready formats.

- Grit: Push through tough weeks, campaigns in Learning Limited, or high-volume content sprints.
- Reliability: Consistent posting, SLA compliance, budget pacing, and reporting.
- Initiative: Spot gaps, propose tests, and bring new ideas before being asked.
- Trust: Deliver measurable outcomes, manage spend responsibly, and fix mistakes fast.
