**As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for**:
- Providing direction and assistance to work groups in order to meet assigned objectives.
- Providing technical direction, assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, safe handling and installation of products.
- Providing on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction, technical assistance, training in operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assisting customers in scheduling maintenance and workload assuring that equipment and parts requirements meet established schedules.
- Supervising the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical components.
- Leading and executing unit start-up and performance tests.
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technical in Mechanical
- Experience in field service or maintenance position in turbomachinery equipment (GE equipment)
- Be able to understand and implement technical drawings (Mechanical drawings, P&ID, General Arrangement, etc.).
- Experience in maintenance procedures for Aero Derivate Gas turbines and their auxiliaries.
- Experience leading people and crews for site activities.
- Be able to communicate in English and Portuguese.
- Be able to travel (up to 80% travel required on-offshore)
