**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a Japanese-speaking Data Analyst with skills in Power BI, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and dimensional modeling. You'll work with regional and global clients to design dashboards, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making in both English and **Japanese**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Translate business requirements into analytical queries and data models.
- Work with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) to source and transform data.
- Design and implement dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in **Japanese**and English to business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting layers.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-4+ years of experience as a data analyst or BI analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing principles.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Strong SQL skills for data exploration and transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in both **Japanese**and English.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Python, or data orchestration tools.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
- Understanding of analytics lifecycle and data governance best practices.
