What You’ll Do Manage projects from scope to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. Lead teams of account managers, project managers, creatives, and freelancers; track progress and ensure deadlines are met. Oversee production and post‑production of video, still, and design assets; review deliverables for quality and alignment. Use project management tools to maintain schedules, documentation, and resource planning. Support new business efforts, including pitch decks, RFIs/RFPs, and presentations. Balance multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Qualifications 4+ years in account/project management in an advertising or creative agency. Experience managing video production from prep to post; overseeing multiple creative teams. Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools (Teamwork, Trello, Asana, etc.). Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and complex workflows. Fluent English, written and spoken.
