The role of the Marketing Production Designer involves creating and adapting marketing assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels. This requires producing high-quality creative materials for digital, social, and print outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Producing marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics, which are essential for effective communication. - Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items, ensuring consistency and quality. - Rebuilding and adapting marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image. - Managing external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design, to meet project deadlines and requirements. - Organizing and managing the design asset library for scalability and efficiency, making it easier to access and use relevant resources.
