About the Role We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Manager to lead our PR efforts in Latin America. The role involves elevating brand visibility across key markets, managing PR execution for launches and ongoing brand activations, and ensuring consistent communication with global and regional marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional PR calendar and embargo plan, ensuring alignment with global launches and LATAM sales priorities. Cultivate strong connections with top-tier tech and gaming editors, reviewers, and influencers across Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets. Lead virtual and local events, manage press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups. Manage sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets. Drive joint PR opportunities with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators. Adapt global press materials for LATAM audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy. Track press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries. Maintain consistent application of embargoes, NDA terms, and authorized content usage. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. 5–8+ years in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming PR across LATAM, with proven track record in media relations and launch management. Strong understanding of LATAM media ecosystem and regional communication styles. Existing relationships with major tech and gaming outlets. Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred). Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple launches, familiarity with PR metrics such as share of voice and media reach.
