Senior Accountant Accounting Part-time, Contract (approx. 20 hours per week) Location: Remote WHAT IF… You could help an entire industry become more efficient with technology? At Pick Trace, we are digitizing the agriculture industry in a big way, and that’s why we are looking for an Implementations Specialist to join our Implementations team. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be experienced in Quick Books Online (QBO), Excel, and all core aspects of monthly accounting close processes. This role will report directly to the Controller . This role will be fully remote. WHAT WILL YOU DO Weekly Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle: Receive and process client agreements Generate and send 10–20 invoices weekly Maintain AR schedule and support collections (handle complex invoicing schedules) Oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle: Receive and process vendor bills Route invoices for approval Dispute or follow up on payments when necessary (Bill.com experience preferred) Perform weekly
