OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of multi-channel services for performance marketing clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, creative strategists, and digital marketing specialists, to drive projects from production to completion. You will manage client communications and internal production timelines and processes. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, and has excellent project management skills with a deep understanding of digital advertising and the creative processes. ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met. Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and set clear objectives. Manage briefs and tasks in ClickUp, our project management platform. Creative Brief Management: Work with creative strategists and producers to ensure briefs are uploaded for production for ads and emails. Facilitate the creative production process with strong communication and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion and smooth workflow. Facilitate all internal and client feedback to be addressed promptly. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the creative team to allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. Monitor workloads and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on creative deliverables to ensure they meet the brief and brand guidelines. Facilitate constructive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong communication between creative, marketing, and client teams. Manage client communication via email, share creative for review, schedule calls, and navigate feedback. QualificationsBachelors degree 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a creative or advertising environment Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with project management tools and software; ClickUp experience is a bonus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Experience collaborating with a team and delivering projects for clients BenefitsSalary Range: $2,500 - $4,000 USD / month Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Unlimited PTO Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
